Le Soretel is a restaurant open to all, evenings only. We welcome guests from outside the hotel without distinction, so don't hesitate.
Our restaurant can accommodate up to 55 people.
The Soretel restaurant in Mérignac-Bordeaux pays close attention to the challenges of sustainable development. As a result, our chef Robin creates his own menus, inspired by regional products and marketed in short circuits, which means that some of our produce is bought directly from local producers. This allows us to offer you gourmet dishes of impeccable quality!
The proximity of our producers allows our chef to work with fresh produce, and allows our menu to evolve with the seasons.
The cuisine at Le Soretel is distinguished by a touch of originality that enhances our chef Robin's locally inspired catering. We favor local or regional products, and opt for organic produce whenever possible. For those who don't wish to eat meat or fish, you'll always find a vegetarian dish on our menu!

Located 3 kilometers from our establishment, Les Nouvelles Fermes are urban aquaponic farms! Thanks to this sustainable, responsible and water-efficient agriculture, we can offer you tasty trout rillettes with dill and lemon.
The tome de Magonty and fresh cheeses are matured at La Ferme de Tartifume, in Pessac, just less than 10 km from our restaurant.
The farm mainly consists of dairy cows that provide the milk for the cheeses produced directly on the farm.
