Our local producers are waiting for you in the restaurant but also for breakfast
The Soretel restaurant in Mérignac-Bordeaux, Soretel, pays great attention to the challenges of sustainable development. As a result, our chef creates his own menus, inspired by regional products and marketed in short circuits, which means that some of our products are purchased directly from local producers. This allows us to offer you gourmet dishes and impeccable quality !
The proximity of our producers allows our chef to work with fresh products and allows our menu to evolve with the seasons.

Roasted poultry from the Cabier farmand
Chocolate pudding (70% cocoa)
Our goat cheeses are matured at the Ferme du Roy in Landiras at Maraÿn de Bartassac where "traditional and heritage cheeses" are made.
Come and dine at the Soretel and enjoy tasting an excpetion meat from the region: the bazadaize, a local beef. Little known, these oxen and cows are small and grey in colour; on the plate you will taste a fine and marbled meat.
It can't be invented: our poultry comes from the Cabier farm located in ... Laplume, a commune located in the neighbouring department. The farm has existed for 3 generations.
