The Soretel restaurant in Mérignac-Bordeaux, Soretel, pays great attention to the challenges of sustainable development. As a result, our chef creates his own menus, inspired by regional products and marketed in short circuits, which means that some of our products are purchased directly from local producers. This allows us to offer you gourmet dishes and impeccable quality !
The proximity of our producers allows our chef to work with fresh products and allows our menu to evolve with the seasons.

The tome de Magonty and fresh cheeses are matured at La Ferme de Tartifume, in Pessac, just less than 10 km from our restaurant.
The farm mainly consists of dairy cows that provide the milk for the cheeses produced directly on the farm.
